Viagra helps fight AIDS because it allows the penis to stay erect while applying a condom. The biggest deterrent to using a condom is the fact that you have to stop in the middle of the sexual activity to apply it, and most often the erection is lost.

Viagra is a big help because, as you already know, you will not stop the extremely strong urge of human sexual behavior.
