Where’s the CDC on African Americans?

I feel that the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) could do more in the United States to prevent HIV and other STDs in the African American community. African American men who have sex with other men (MSMs) have very high HIV rates and the CDC has only one Evidence Behavioral Intervention (EBI) for African American MSMs and other MSMs of color. That intervention is Many Men, Many Voices (3MV) and no research has been done on it yet.
