An Argument Against Home Testing

What we are giving those that can afford it is a way to avoid names reporting. It's in total contradiction to the new federal mandates and everything we know about infectious diseases. How about at-home TB tests, STD tests, hepatitis tests?

Why let people run around with a deadly weapon, do what they want to others and then when push comes to shove, go to a doctor, get tested formally and go, "Golly, you mean I am positive?" Such planned innocence is possible with at-home testing, and it will happen.

Talk about a stupid proposal...
