The Rollins School of Public Health (RSPH) has unveiled an interactive online map that shows the latest HIV data for 13 cities by ZIP code, according to an RSPH statement. The map, called AIDSVu, also allows users to see HIV rates coupled with other health factors like poverty, health insurance and education. By pooling data, researchers are hoping to help pinpoint areas where HIV rates are highest and where prevention, testing and treatment services are most needed. AIDSVu will also provide local information about HIV testing and treatment locations and state AIDS Drug Assistance Programs.
