Adults Failing Sex Ed

An older generation of American adults may be completely sexually illiterate, according to public health educators quoted in an MSNBC story. Experts point to a lack of formal sex-ed curriculum for teens and nonexistent continuing sex ed for adults. Public health officials are now turning to “teachable moments” at sex-toy parties, community centers, community service club meetings and retirement centers to teach adults and seniors about sexual practices as well as the changes their maturing bodies are undergoing.
