Bristol-Myers Squibb will collaborate with Internet pharmacy Welvista in providing assistance for people on AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP) waiting lists. Patients who have already been deemed financially qualified for their state’s ADAP benefits will similarly qualify for access to BMS medications Reyataz (atazanavir) and Sustiva (efavirenz). Furthermore, BMS is expanding financial eligibility for its Access Virology program. Effective immediately, Access Virology will match a given state’s ADAP financial eligibility criteria, which range from 300 percent to 500 percent of the Federal Poverty Level.
