California Porn Star Clinic Under Federal Scrutiny
A California clinic that tests porn stars for sexually transmitted infections is being investigated by a regional office of the U.S. Department of Health of Human Services, the Los Angeles Times reports. The San Fernando–based Adult Industry Medical Healthcare Foundation allegedly violated the privacy of its clients by requiring them to sign broad disclosure agreements. The investigation is the result of complaints by the Los Angeles–based AIDS Healthcare Foundation.
