A man was killed at an annual fundraiser for the AIDS Taskforce of Greater Cleveland when an allegedly drunken driver crashed through a street barricade and into the crowd, Cleveland.com reports. Mitchell Andelmo, 27, was killed by injuries sustained during the crash at the Dancin’ in the Streets festival, and two other people were hospitalized. The driver, Timothy Spock, 34, was arrested and charged with aggravated vehicular homicide. He had been previously convicted of disorderly conduct while intoxicated. Early reports did not indicate that there was an HIV-related motive for the crash.
