The stars came out in full force to support God’s Love We Deliver at its Fifth Annual Golden Heart Awards on October 19 at the Skylight Soho in New York City. Carolina Herrera, fashion designer and founder of her eponymous company, was honored with the Golden Heart Award for her philanthropic generosity toward God’s Love.

Also, New York City Council Speaker Christine Quinn and actress Uma Thurman both reflected on 25 years of volunteerism and their personal experiences as volunteers.

Other notable guests include U.S. Representative Jerrold Nadler; Estée Lauder group president John Demsey; The Good Wife actor Alan Cumming; fashion designers Tory Burch, Calvin Klein and Adam Lippes; Miss USA 2011 Alyssa Campanella and her roommate Miss Universe 2011 Leila Lopes; and Law and Order: SVU actress Tamara Tunie.
