Colorado Medical Marijuana Group Challenges New Laws
A medical marijuana advocacy group in Colorado has filed a petition with the state supreme court to overturn parts of recently passed pot regulation laws, Boulder Weekly reports. The Patient and Caregivers Rights Litigation Project claims that parts of the laws should be invalidated under the state constitution because they restrict patient access to medical marijuana and violate patient privacy rights.
