Heiress Sued by Domestic Worker for HIV Test
The miseducation of HIV: Agnes Cybulska, a domestic worker, filed a lawsuit against her potential employer, Dana Hammond, the Annenberg fortune heiress, for violating New York City’s Human Rights Law by requesting she take an HIV test before employment, The New York Times reports. According to the article, Hammond herself has been tested for the virus: After an encounter with a seemingly unclean toilet, she submitted to an HIV test.
