HUD Awards $9M to Improving HIV/AIDS Housing
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has awarded $9 million in grants to projects that improve housing and services for people and families living with HIV, according to a statement from HUD. The grants will support projects in seven cities offering permanent and transitional housing and support services to more than 200 households over the next three years. The projects will also work to create integrated HIV/AIDS housing plans for their communities.
