The Grand Rapids, Michigan, AIDS Walk/Run raised more than $10,000 during its 18th annual 5K run or walk on August 28, Mlive.com reports. About 135 people registered for the event, which benefits the Grand Rapids Red Project, AIDS Inc., Saint Mary’s Health Center and Westminster Ryan White Food Pantry. About 18,800 people are living with HIV in Michigan.
