The National Alliance of State and Territorial AIDS Directors (NASTAD) has released a report focused on the response of health departments and community organizations to HIV/AIDS in the Latino gay men (LGM) community. The report emphasizes previous findings that Latino gay and bisexual men represent the greatest proportion of HIV cases among Latinos and a large portion of new cases among all men who have sex with men. The report found that LGM lack access to culturally sensitive health education and targeted resources and that LGM also feel they have few spaces to socialize and learn.
