Television talk show host Maury Povich volunteered December 9 for a Connecticut nonprofit group that helps children living with or affected by HIV/AIDS, The Daily Stamford reports. Povich participated in the 2010 Holiday Gift Collection for St. Luke’s LifeWorks, which hopes to give gifts to 2,500 children in Fairfield County. He wrapped a gift, steered a wagon with gifts to a truck and helped load the truck. His syndicated show Maury relocated from New York City to Stamford in 2009.
