Vienna Declaration Seeks Changes to “War on Drugs”

A global drive has been launched for signatories to the Vienna Declaration, aidsmap.com reports. The declaration is the official document of the XVIII International AIDS Conference taking place in Vienna from July 18 to 23. The declaration calls for science-based changes to “war on drugs” policies worldwide.
