ViiV Grants Help HIV-Positive Blacks, Latinos in South
ViiV Healthcare’s Positive Action Southern Initiative has selected seven organizations to receive grants during the next two years to help African-American and Latino communities in Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana and Mississippi, according to a ViiV statement. The grants support programs that address the care and treatment of people living with HIV/AIDS through a commitment of $850,000 this year and an additional $500,000 during the next two years.
