There are currently no people on any AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP) waiting lists in the United States, according to a statement by the National Alliance of State & Territorial AIDS Directors (NASTAD). NASTAD reminds advocates that ongoing federal budget negotiations could lead to states reinstituting waiting lists.
