Kudos to these two men defending and speaking for us hiv+ patients in Puerto Rico! There is a lack of good funding and management for aids programs here on the island. The goverments are not engaged in creating efficient health programs to benefit the patients. The are also more concerned about drawing lines to prevent working class citizens from receiving health benefits from the few government programs that exist. They ignore that some private plans do not cover for the expensive medications.
