The AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) has filed a complaint with the Florida Department of Health asking for an investigation into D&E Productions, an adult film company based in the Miami Beach area, Sunshine State News (SSN) reports. AHF claims D&E, which is an affiliate of San Diego Boy Productions in California, is evading the mandatory condoms-in-porn law in effect in Los Angeles County by shooting condomless sex scenes in Florida. Florida does not have a condoms-in-porn mandate, so AHF filed its complaint under the state’s sanitary-nuisance laws. Since then, D&E pledged it will no longer film bareback scenes for the California company, XBIZ reports.
