A new report by amfAR, The Foundation for AIDS Research, and the Treatment Action Group (TAG) outlines several recommendations for the Obama administration to begin the end of the domestic AIDS epidemic, according to a joint statement. Both groups seek an expedited HIV research agenda, as well as an end to the federal budget cuts known as sequestration and full implementation of the Affordable Care Act (a.k.a. the health care reform law, or ACA).
