Arizona Man Claims He Killed Wife, Adult Son Over HIV Fears
An Arizona man allegedly fatally stabbed his wife because he was afraid he transmitted HIV to her from sex workers he frequented, the Rome News-Tribune reports. Eugene Maraventano, 64, claims he was going to kill himself after killing his wife Janet, 63, so he also fatally stabbed his adult son Bryan, 27, because he was afraid of what would become of his unemployed son after the suicide.
