Arizona HIV Group Gets $3M for Construction on New Center
The Southwest Center for HIV/AIDS (SWHIV) in Arizona has received a $3 million gift for its capital campaign to finish construction on its new health and wellness center, according to an SWHIV statement. The grant from the Bob and Renee Parsons Foundation will allow SWHIV to open its Center for Health, Education and Wellness this year. The facility will provide the greater Phoenix area integrated HIV/AIDS primary care and support services, as well as education and prevention programs.
