The Sons of Sam, a well-known fan blog dedicated to the Boston Red Sox, have launched an “anti-viral video” campaign to fight HIV/AIDS in Tanzania, NESN.com reports. Along with Support for International Change, the blog will raise $40,000 from Red Sox fans to purchase a vehicle to help treat people with HIV/AIDS. The top two donors of the campaign will also get to help design the vehicle, choosing which scene from Red Sox history adorns the side of a new Toyota Landcruiser.
