Nothing to Bragg About

An HIV-positive soldier at Fort Bragg in North Carolina has been charged with knowingly transmitting HIV to a teenage boy he met in an online chat room. Private First Class Johnny Lamar Dalton, 25, had signed a written order in November forbidding him from having unprotected sex without first notifying his partner of his status. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for August 2.
