Cast Your Vote for a POZ Hero

Today is National Latino AIDS Awareness Day. Celebrate by clicking on CNN.com before 12 pm ET today and casting your vote for Jesus Aguais in CNN’s online Heroes competition. Aguais, who is HIV positive, is competing in the Medical Marvel category as the founder and executive director of AID for AIDS, which legally redistributes unused HIV medications around the globe—specifically in Latin America.

The winner of the Medical Marvel category will go on to another online vote starting November 12 where they will compete against the winners of five other categories: Defending the Planet, Community Crusader, Fighting for Justice, Championing Children and Young Wonder. The overall winner will be honored on CNN Heroes: An All-Star Tribute on CNN on Thursday, December 6th at 9 pm ET.
