As interesting as the subject matter is I feel there was actualy little said or revealed that we did not already know. However the issue on cognative ability was contradicted in Todd Browns interview first stating there wasn no aging effect yet exercise could help the cognative ability of a person affected with HIV.
As far as the issue of exercise, the body is still distorted as the distribution of body fat vs muscle. The end result, however dramatic, is easlity seen in the HIV population.
