Glen Davis of Winter Haven, Florida, allegedly poured gasoline on his girlfriend, threatened to burn her and her son, and then forced her to have sex with him without a condom, The Ledger reports. He faces two counts of first-degree arson, two counts of domestic violence sexual battery, two counts of domestic violence aggravated battery and criminal transmission of HIV. Davis allegedly told police he was on HIV treatment and that his girlfriend was aware of his status, but they always used protection. Police claim the girlfriend, who is not being named because of the sexual battery charges, has begun post-exposure prophylaxis to prevent becoming HIV positive.
