Pop star Lady Gaga and talk show host and comedian Ellen Degeneres are among the celebrities who made it onto DoSomething.org’s annual “Top 20 Celebs Gone Good” list, DoSomething.org reports. DeGeneres, who was named by the U.S. Department of State as a special envoy for global AIDS awareness, will help spread awareness about the disease through her television show. Gaga campaigned all year for anti-bullying legislation and founded the Born This Way Foundation. The charity has yet to launch, but she’s already got Barney’s New York donating 25 percent of the proceeds from her Gaga’s Workshop to the foundation. Gaga also has continued her advocacy for HIV/AIDS this year by joining MAC cosmetics to help create a new lipstick where 100 percent of sales benefit the MAC AIDS Fund.
