Free Glow in the Dark Condoms for Halloween in Los Angeles

The Los Angeles County health department will distribute free glow in the dark condoms at local Halloween events, according to a county statement. The county plans to distribute 80,000 condoms, both glowing and non-glowing, by October 31. County residents are encouraged to find free distribution locations by visiting lasexsymbol.com. The L.A. Sex Symbol program to increase condom use in the county was launched earlier this year.
