The Bombay High Court has ordered the Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation to reinstate an HIV-positive driver, Daily News & Analysis reports. After testing HIV positive in 2008, the man asked for a clerical job, but was refused. After he told his manager, the man experienced harassment by him. The harassment escalated until the bus company fired the man in 2012. The court found the company violated his human rights.
