It is about time as the previous adminastrator did nothing for our community. We have numerous complaints forwarded to HRSA about our care here in Redding and NOTHING has been done about it. Maybe something will be done now. All of our services have been cut off but the Ryan White participant has been getting thier pay and nothing for us.
