Kentucky to Consider Medical Marijuana Bill in 2013
A medical marijuana bill has been pre-filed in the Kentucky legislature for its 2013 session, StopTheDrugWar.org reports. Senate Bill 11 was filed early to get a head start in building support for it. The bill would permit people with serious medical conditions such as HIV/AIDS, cancer and multiple sclerosis to use marijuana to help them manage their symptoms. A doctor’s recommendation would be required. The bill would create a network of state-regulated dispensaries and also allow patients to grow their own marijuana. The legislative session begins January 2.

The other side of the policy I belive the cigerette folks are bitting at the bit to make it legal, you know the Grand Oh Party, for when they see a buck and lots of coins their policy papers change, like stop the drug wars legalize Pot.
