Latino Commission on AIDS, Aid for AIDS Form Partnership
The Latino Commission on AIDS (LCOA) and Aid for AIDS International have established a strategic partnership to improve delivery of HIV services in the United States and Latin America, according to an LCOA statement. The “Puente Saludable/Healthy Bridge” initiative will develop joint efforts in the United States and its territories, the Caribbean and South America. The initiative will focus on five key areas: organizational development; treatment education; HIV prevention and education; capacity building services; and community mobilization and social marketing.
