California Supreme Court Dismisses Medical Marijuana Ban Case
A California appellate court ruling that held federal law
trumped some forms of medical marijuana dispensary regulations has been
dismissed by the state Supreme Court, The Weed Blog reports. Several
municipalities, including Los Angeles and Long Beach, had used the appellate
court ruling to suspend or ban the distribution of medical marijuana. The state
Supreme Court ruling has now put the viability of those suspensions and bans
into question.

I live in California and the thugs at the disperseries that are not about treatmet but about profit and rudness make the Real Compasionate Hemp Clinics look bad and we need rid of the ones that want pay their taxes and are mean to people for they are just into it for the money and not the compassion and are a big ponsee scheme. yuk
