When he was diagnosed with HIV and hepatitis C in 1993, Leslie Williams was mostly concerned not for himself but for his wife, Andrea Williams. The bad news was that Andrea was HIV positive. The good news was that their daughter was born HIV negative in 1996. Married for 20 years, Leslie and his wife give hope for living long-term with HIV.
Andrea and Leslie Williams were the inspiration for the HBO movie Life Support starring Queen Latifah.

I just wanted to say Andrea and Leslie that watching your video made me smile. I have been living with HIV for 19 years now. It been hard finding someone that can understand and except the life I live with HIV. It just does me all the good to see a a strong couple that is HIV+ stick by each other and hold one another up. I thank you and may GOD continue to bless the two of you and your daughter. Thanks again for making me smile.
