Neil Lowe, PhD, a partner at NoLimitss, a business intelligence and data analytics firm, has been elected chairman of the board of directors of the Black AIDS Institute (BAI), according to a BAI statement. He has been a BAI board member for six years and has served as first vice chair. He succeeds A. Cornelius Baker, policy advisor for the National Black Gay Men’s Advocacy Coalition. Baker will remain on the BAI board.
