Oregon Man Denied Access to Homegrown Medical Marijuana
Local officials have denied an Oregon man with a
medical marijuana card access to his homegrown marijuana, the Mail Tribune reports. Joshua Brewer,
22, is currently appealing a 60-day sentence in jail for manufacture and
possession of marijuana. He has prescriptions from four different doctors because
of his chronic pain. The Jackson County Community Justice Department doesn’t
recognize marijuana as a legal medication.
