For me, it's not a physical issue, but a psychological one. I have such a difficult time with meds. I fully understand the ramifications, but that does not make it easier to grapple with meds every day.

I personally don't have difficulty swallowing pills, but a friend of mine uses a small spoon of peanut butter rather than liquid. He says the stickiness of the pb helps him to get the pills down.

Thats great, someone else using milk. the bigger pills have a hard time going down and after trying just about everything i found that milk really does work best.
