Coming out of hiding



four years ago,

I just got tired of living on Uncle Sam

I got out 



went to work.



It was the best thing I could do for myself.

Life is such a gift

and I was missing out by staying a homebody.

Let me just say one thing…

times have changed in the workplace since the late eighties.

Dating and having to give the whole spiel about living with HIV. But I do. I’m a discloser.

What is the best advice you ever received?
From the movie Finding Nemo, “Just keep swimming.”

I admire us all.

If you could be any animal, what would you be? And why?
First I thought a bird because you can do the doo on mean people, but ultimately, I would be human, because we need to be kind to one another. Like I try to be every day.
