San Francisco has launched a program encouraging gay men to get regular tests for HIV and other sexually transmitted infections by giving them coupons to businesses in the Castro District, The San Francisco Appeal reports. The “Get a Test, Get a Discount” program runs through the end of October. Those who take tests at six participating community-based organizations will get coupons redeemable at more than 30 stores, restaurants and coffee shops.
