A woman who claimed asylum in the United Kingdom in 1991 has been sentenced to six years in prison for falsely claiming more than $3 million in HIV drugs for herself but instead selling them for profit in her native Uganda, the Daily Mail reports. Ruth Nagubuzi and several of her family members were involved in a 20-year scam of the U.K. health and benefits system that totaled more than $6 million in fraud. Most of her conspirators were also given prison sentences.
