U.N. Video Game Teaches Youth About HIV Prevention
A new video game from the United Nations provides HIV prevention to young people, the U.N. News Centre reports. Fast Car: Traveling Safely Around the World allows players ages 16 and older to race circuits on five different continents, virtually visiting World Heritage sites as designated by the U.N. Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization. Players receive HIV education along the way. The game is available in English, French and Russian. Empowering young people with HIV prevention is a priority area for the Joint U.N. Programme on HIV/AIDS.
