Bills to Further Punish Throwing of Bodily Substances in Utah
A Utah Senate committee has passed two bills increasing the punishments for throwing bodily substances, The Salt Lake Tribune reports. SB98 would make it a class B misdemeanor to throw any of these bodily substances at a person who is not a law officer.
