World AIDS Day Symposium at Columbia University



"HIV Scale-Up and Global Health Systems" was a symposium held on World AIDS Day 2009 by the International Center for AIDS Care and Treatment Programs (ICAP), Mailman School of Public Health, Columbia University.

Dr. Wafaa El-Sadr, director of ICAP, gave the opening and closing remarks. Panel topics included chronic care, women's health and women's rights, and financing.
