Female Condoms at 400 Walgreens Pharmacies Nationwide

The second-generation female condom (FC2) is now available at 400 Walgreens pharmacies nationwide, according to the AIDS Connect blog. The cost of a pack of three FC2 condoms ranges between $5.99 and $7.99. It’s a third of the cost of the original female condom. Advocates welcome the expanded access to FC2 because they believe it’s a critical addition to preventing HIV among receptive partners—women as well as men who have sex with men.
