On Saturday, October 10, a rally seeking an end to the HIV/AIDS epidemic will take place on the Ellipse in front of the White House the evening before the National Equality March for LGBT civil rights.

The Office of National AIDS Policy is soliciting comments from the public starting today until November 13. Comments will be evaluated during the drafting of the strategy and summarized in a report.
