Non-Medical Case Manager
I have 7 years' experience as a NON Medical Case Manager working in the Non Profit field. I am looking to stay in the field however all I see are post requiring a Bachelor’s degree, your experience is not even considered. I working in this field I have found in a lot of the cases the experience an applicant has plays just an important part as the degree and sometimes even more.
In the scope of my 7 years' experience I have done the functions of a Medical Case Manager more than I can count but cannot have that job because of the no degree.
I think that we could come a lot farther helping all of those affected as well as infected with this disease by looking as much at experience as well as the degree.

Outreach
