Senior Project Manager
- 15 years' experience in SDLC, project restarts, enterprise software installation, business process reengineering and call center management.
- Highly focused and thorough action-oriented and results-driven project management professional
- Decisive, innovative thinker with keen business insight and understanding
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Exceptional research and analytical skills: ability to identify problem areas and how they affect all levels of organization
- Outstanding interpersonal skills: ability to influence and motivate people at all levels of the organization including developing and nurturing cohesive and supportive cross-functional work teams
- Management experience includes 19 non-exempt direct reports and project teams of up to 75 with budgets exceeding $5MM+
- Fast learner, extremely high ethics, self-motivated, very high bandwidth to take on large projects
- Passion is process reengineering, department restructuring and project restarts
Available part or full time via contract or FTE. Prefer remote due to my location but could do Seattle/Tacoma area in house as needed. Open to relocation for the right position. Resume and references available.
