Cybernet Entertainment, the parent company of the adult website Kink.com, was recently fined more than $78,000 for several violations, including allowing its film performers to choose whether to use condoms, The Associated Press reports. The California Occupational Safety and Health Administration cited the violations against the San Francisco–based porn company in 2013. The violations were originally alleged by the AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF), which successfully lobbied the city and county of Los Angeles in 2012 to mandate condom use on porn sets. Cybernet will appeal the fine.
