In a campaign against HIV and other sexually transmitted infections, Argentina plans to give out 82 million free condoms nationwide this year, Agence France Presse reports. The condoms will be distributed at health centers, schools, prisons, bars and nightclubs, as well as through a network of nearly 3,000 locations at public agencies. The government also will give out 17 million lubricating gels.
